The journey is part of preparing for a TCG event. A box opening inside a bag or an overfilled binder can spoil an otherwise well-organised day.
Carry only what you need
Take useful decks, planned trades and a small selection to show. Photograph or list what you are carrying. There is little reason to bring the entire collection when a few pages meet your goal.
Prevent movement
Choose storage that closes securely and fits your protected cards. Do not compress a deck to squeeze in extra accessories. Keep dice and hard objects in a separate compartment.
During the day
Keep the bag with you and avoid damp or very hot places. After each game, count and store the deck before moving on. When you return, check your cards and record completed trades. This simple routine makes travelling with a collection more relaxed, even when its size is modest.
