Moxblack is Moxcards’ premium status, offered with no paid subscription by COMSOFT XP, a French SARL with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 941 175 523, with its registered office at 5 Parc d’Activité de Camalcé, 34150 Gignac, France. Qualifying through purchases
The qualifying threshold is €5,000 including VAT in products actually paid for, after discounts and refunds. Delivery charges and gift card purchases are excluded. Eligible purchases accumulate across the verified purchase history, with no annual reset.
Buying a gift card or adding store credit is not an eligible product purchase. However, an eligible product paid for with a gift card or store credit counts under the same rules as other products. The same purchase cannot be counted twice.
Moxcards manually checks eligible spending and confirms the award of membership. When an eligible purchase total is displayed, it reflects a verified calculation as of the date shown, not a real-time balance. Earlier purchases made outside the website may be included after verification by the team. Eligible Moxblack spending is separate from loyalty points and the store credit balance.
Membership duration and refunds
Membership awarded after reaching €5,000 in eligible purchases has no expiry date. If refunds reduce eligible spending below this threshold, Moxcards may withdraw that membership after checking the recalculated total. This rule does not limit your statutory rights regarding returns and refunds.
Membership won in the Moxblack giveaway lasts for twelve months from its effective activation, after the winner has been verified. It does not add any fictitious purchases to eligible spending. Entry requirements and the conditions for awarding the prize are set out in the giveaway rules.
Qualifying through store credit
You can also obtain Moxblack membership by adding €5,000 in store credit after contacting Moxcards. The team checks your account and provides the credit terms before any payment, then sets up the credit and membership. Do not make a payment without this prior discussion.
Benefits
For announced selections, members receive assisted reservations with the Moxcards team 72 hours before the relevant selection opens to the public. This service depends on confirmed arrivals and available stock. It is not an automatic pre-order service and does not guarantee product availability or an allocation.
Exclusive offers, member rates for selected events and occasional gifts may be offered. Events are planned mainly in Paris and the Hérault area. Each offer specifies the products involved, the stock allocated and its conditions. Membership does not promise a permanent discount rate or regular gifts.
When a physical card is provided, it identifies membership at the relevant events. The team checks that membership is current. The card is not a means of payment, and its number does not replace account authentication.
